As is a common conversation with some of my patient, often starting with "How long have I been coming to see you Simon?. Then with a click of a button the answer is there. When Vera was in recently and posed that question to me, with excitement it revealed that it was 20 years to the day !!!!!
We then reminisced briefly and she quipped that I was alot thinner then... Her eyesight is actually really good, so we couldn't blame that for the issue, as much as I tried. Then we agreed that it is likely the checked shirt created the unwanted illusion.
